Terms of Service/User Agreement

This MangaOT User Agreement (“Terms”) applies to your access to and use of the websites, mobile apps, widgets, APIs, emails, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by MangaOT (“MangaOT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Your Access to the Services

• Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to create an Account or otherwise use the Services. Additionally, you must be over the age required by the laws of your country to create an account or otherwise use the Services, or we need to have received verifiable consent from your parent or legal guardian.
• Certain Services or portions of the Services require you to be 18 years of age or older. Please read all notices and any Additional Terms carefully when accessing the Services.
• If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of another legal entity, including a business or government entity, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Your Use of the Services

MangaOT grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the Services solely as permitted by these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

License Restrictions:

1. License, sell, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services or Content.
2. Modify, prepare derivative works of, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Services or Content.
3. Access the Services or Content to build a similar or competitive website, product, or service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice to you. Any future release, update, or other addition to the functionality of the Services will be subject to these Terms.

3. Your MangaOT Account and Account Security

• To use certain features, you may be required to create a MangaOT account (“Account”) and provide an email and password.
• You are responsible for the information associated with your Account and anything that happens related to it.
• You must maintain the security of your Account and notify MangaOT immediately if you discover unauthorized access.
• You will not license, sell, or transfer your Account without prior written approval.

4. Your Content

Any ideas, suggestions, and feedback about MangaOT or the Services you provide are voluntary. MangaOT may use them without compensation or obligation.

5. Third-Party Content, Advertisements, and Promotions

• The Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services (“Third-Party Content”). We are not responsible for these third parties and recommend investigating before proceeding with transactions.
• The Services may contain advertisements. Advertisements may change, and MangaOT may place ads alongside any content or information on the Services.
• If conducting a promotion (e.g., contest), you are responsible for compliance with all laws. Promotions must state that MangaOT is not associated with them.

6. Things You Cannot Do

When using the Services, you must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include:

1. Interfering with, disabling, disrupting, or impairing the Services.
2. Attempting to access another user’s Account or non-public portions of the Services.
3. Uploading or transmitting malicious code.
4. Violating laws or infringing intellectual property rights.
5. Collecting data in ways not permitted by these Terms or the robots.txt file.
6. Using the Services in an abusive or fraudulent manner.

7. Paid Services and Payment Information

• Certain services, including MangaOT Subscription, are available for purchase. By using Paid Services, you agree to the MangaOT Subscription Agreement.
• MangaOT may modify fees or benefits with reasonable notice. Payments are processed through third-party providers.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MangaOT harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. MangaOT does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

MangaOT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid in the past six months.

11. Governing Law and Venue

Claims will be governed by California law, and disputes will be resolved in San Francisco, California.

12. Changes to these Terms

MangaOT may revise these Terms. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

You may terminate these Terms by deleting your account. MangaOT may suspend or terminate your account for any reason.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MangaOT. Waivers must be in writing to be effective.

MangaOT Subscription Agreement

• By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring payments. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are not available for unused days after cancellation. MangaOT may deny refunds for rule violations.

Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – please ensure that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or extract the source code of the app, any part of it, or our trademarks in any way. Additionally, you may not translate the app into other languages or create derivative versions. The app, along with its trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, remain the property of MangaOT.

1. Usage and Modifications

MangaOT aims to provide a useful and efficient app. However, we reserve the right to:

• Make changes to the app.
• Charge for services at any time (we will clearly communicate any costs before you are charged).

2. Security and Usage Responsibility

• The app stores and processes personal data you provide. You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the app secure.
• We recommend avoiding jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this could compromise security and impact the app’s performance.

3. Third-Party Services

The app integrates with third-party services, each with its own Terms and Conditions. By using the app, you agree to these third-party terms.

4. Updates and Termination

• We may provide updates to the app, which you agree to accept when offered.
• We may terminate your access to the app at any time without notice. If your access is terminated, you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.

• These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Please review this page regularly for changes.
• These terms are effective as of 2024-01-01.
